Accommodation
HotelsBlock bookings at special
conference rates are being made at hotels in various price categories in
Metz. The selected hotels are within walking distance of the
Arsenal. Due to the limited hotel
availability in Metz, participants are strongly urged to reserve
well before the Conference date. The prices and types of hotels
requested can only be guaranteed until June 01, 2007 to the best of our
ability. Hotels are filling up quickly. Please do
not wait until the last minute to register!
To take
advantage of the special rates, booking has to be made through Metz Congrès. Booking is to be done at the same
time as registration, so please refer to the
registration page to complete the
process.
A deposit equivalent of the rate of a one night stay at the hotel of the category requested is required at the time of reservation.
Students: Please let me know (veronique.bredas@chemistry.gatech.edu) if you would like to share your hotel room but do not know another student going to the conference. We will try our best to find another student in the same situation.

Conference Location
The Conference will be held at the Arsenal. We will be using: "La Salle de l’Esplanade" with a capacity of 352 seats; "La Salle du Gouverneur" for the poster sessions and the coffee breaks; and "L'Orangerie" for the lunches.

Parking
Two parking lots are located around the Arsenal (one underground and one on La Place de la République). Since they are both paying parking lots, it is preferable to walk from your hotel to the Arsenal.
