Main Topics

The Conference will cover all areas related to organic and plastic electronics including chemistry, physics, biology, materials science, optical science, nanoscience, engineering, and devices.

Conference Format

The Conference includes oral presentations as well as two poster sessions. All oral presentations take place in Salle de L'Esplanade and the poster sessions in Salle du Gouverneur. There will be no parallel sessions.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Keynote speakers have 35 minutes allocated to their presentations; Invited speakers, 25 minutes; Contributed speakers, 15 minutes.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Panels of A0 format (119 cm high and 84 cm wide) are allocated for the poster presentations. The first poster session takes place from 18.30-20.30 on Wednesday, Sept. 05; the posters are to be up from Wednesday morning until Thursday afternoon. The second poster session takes place from 18.30-20.30 on Thursday, Sept. 06 with the posters up from that afternoon until Friday afternoon. You will receive a number when you register at the Conference site, that will indicate your allocated panel. Push-pins will be provided to set up your poster.

BEST POSTER AWARDS

Up to 5 presenters with the best posters, as judged by an International Panel, will be rewarded with a Best Poster Award. All winners need to be in attendance during the closing ceremony on Saturday Sept. 08 to claim their Award.

INTERNET

A number of computers with high speed internet connection will be available for all participants to use during the conference. They will be located in Hall de L'Esplanade.
Participants that wish to access the internet from their laptops at the Arsenal will be able to do so wirelessly by entering a password that will be provided at the beginning of the Conference.
