Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration, you must notify the ECME-2007 Conference Secretary by email, fax or post (contact info).  An acknowledgement will be returned to you by email.

* If you cancel your registration prior to August 01, 2007, a 15% charge will be withheld in order to cover processing fees. Cancellation notices received on or after August 01, 2007, will not qualify for a refund.
* Refunds will be processed after the end of the Conference.

On-site check-in desk:

The check-in desk will be open at the Arsenal on Tuesday, Sept. 04 from 16.00-19.00 and starting at 8.00 on Wednesday. The registration desk will be located in the lobby (Hall de la Grande Salle). You will receive your badge and conference bag, and will be requested to confirm attendance to the various events. The on-site registration will not accommodate any payments; all payments have to be made PRIOR to the start of the conference. NO NEW REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED ON SITE!!!!

Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive on Tuesday, Sept. 04 since the Conference will start early Wednesday morning.

Conference Banquet

The Conference Banquet will take place at the Abbaye des Prémontrés in Pont-à-Mousson.  Transport will be provided by bus from La Place de la République at 19.00 on Friday September 07.  Please confirm your attendance and the attendance of any accompanying person on the registration form.
