Visa

To enter France, some foreign participants will need a visa.  To know whether that is the case for you, please follow the link to the Ministère des Affaires Etrangères (but please double check with the closest French Consulate in your country).  In the case a visa is required, you are responsible for contacting the closest French Consulate.  You may need an invitation letter and we will gladly send you one per simple request (inquire about the exact information needed in the letter since it may be different depending on the country your are coming from).  In that event, once you are registered, please email the Conference secretariat to that effect at veronique.bredas@chemistry.gatech.edu.  Note that such an invitation is intended to facilitate participant travel and visa arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Currency

All participants are reminded that neither the Organizing Committee nor the technical organizer Metz Congrès are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or private property.  Participants and accompanying persons are requested to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.
